🚴‍♀️ Introducing Summer Karras – Our Criterium National Champ! 🚴‍♀️

Next up in our U19 squad, we proudly present another National Champion, Summer Karras. 🌟

Summer showed her skills on the wet and technical crit course in Invercargill, staying at the forefront of the action and securing the National Championship title with a powerful final sprint. 🚴💨

At the Road Nats in Timaru, Summer finished 6th, displaying strength and determination throughout the race. 💪🚴

Always eager for a challenge, she recently competed in the Tour of Tasmania against top domestic riders in Australia at both the Elite and U19 levels. 🇦🇺🚴🏆

Summer also took on the tough Motatapu Mountain Bike Race, an alpine crossing from Wanaka to Arrowtown. Impressively, she finished 2nd behind her sister Piper showing her versatility! 🏔️🚴‍♀️🏅

Here’s what Summer has to say:

💬 “Racing with BM has been a huge goal of mine for the past few years. Seeing their impact on women’s cycling in NZ has really stood out to me. I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity in 2025 and can’t wait to race with the team and gain valuable racing experience. I’m also looking forward to meeting new people and getting a taste of what racing in Europe is like” – Summer 🎤
